Sherry L Rexroad

Sherry L. Rexroad, CFA, is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Piedmont Office Realty Trust, with an incoming role as CFO, Sherry has held significant positions including Board Member at Aimco Apartment Homes and CFO/CIO at Rex Capital LLC. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer at STORE Capital, where Sherry played a critical role in a $14 billion merger, and Global Head of Business Development and Strategy at BlackRock, where fundraising efforts resulted in over $6 billion in capital. Sherry's background also encompasses senior portfolio management at Aviva Investors and a lengthy tenure at ING Clarion Real Estate Securities, where Sherry was the first non-founding Managing Director. An alumnus of The Wharton School and Haverford College, Sherry possesses an MBA in Finance, Real Estate, and Public Policy, as well as a BA in Growth and Structure of Cities.
