Roy Ritenour is Towne Park’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), leading all field operations dedicated to providing outstanding service for clients and exceptional opportunities for team members. He is responsible for the growth and cultivation of a portfolio of nearly 1,000 clients and 14,000 associates overseeing client management, client acquisition and retention, financial performance, service, and employee engagement.

Since joining Towne Park in 2018 as Senior Vice President of Operations for the Eastern Group, Roy has been an exceptional leader to his teams, strengthened client relationships and focuses on the delivery of outstanding performance across all areas of the business.

Previously, Roy spent his more than 30-year career with the Hertz Corporation in a series of global operations and executive leadership roles. Most recently he was Vice President for the Southeast, Florida and the Caribbean, the largest Hertz region with $1.1 billion in annual revenues, more than 300 locations, 100,000 vehicles and 3,100 employees. He was responsible for all areas of the operation including personnel, fleet logistics, maintenance, damage repair, real estate, construction, sales, vendor and customer relations and financial management. In addition, he completed the integration of the largest acquisition of Dollar and Thrifty brands, spearheaded labor negotiations with union employees and supervised concession agreements and leases with airports in the region. Roy also led the outsourcing initiative for car washing and car transport reducing costs and labor expenses. Roy has also served as President and General Manager of Hertz Brazil and Latin America and prior to that as Vice President for the West.

Early in his career, he served with the United States Air Force as a staff sergeant and security specialist. Roy holds a master’s degree in management and a bachelor’s degree in human resources from Southern Nazarene University.
