R. Lee Clark

Lee Clark is the Chief Human Resources Officer at TowneBank. He has more than 27 years of experience in banking, the last thirteen of which have been with TowneBank in banking operations and human resources. During his banking career, he also served in various officer roles in accounting, credit and branch management at Bank of Tidewater and SouthTrust. A Virginia native, Lee grew up in Virginia Beach and attended the College of William & Mary, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance. He earned a Master of Business Administration from Old Dominion University.
