William I. Foster III

Mr. Foster served as President of TowneBank Virginia Beach from July 2011 to December 2018. He served as President of TowneBank Norfolk from February 2005 to June 2011. Previously, Mr. Foster was employed as the Chief Financial Officer of IntraNexus. Inc. (information systems provider), Virginia Beach, Virginia from January 2002 to August 2003. He served at the Hampton Roads Regional President of Central Fidelity Bank from 1993 to 1998.
