Venkateswara Reddy K has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Venkateswara is currently the Co-founder and CEO of Townhall.co, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Gainsight as the Senior Director of Product Management from August 2019 to October 2021, during which they led several key initiatives and built high-performing product management teams.

Before Gainsight, they founded FifthMedia Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and served as the Founder, Head of Product, and CEO. In this role, they created Telnews, a news aggregator app targeting regional publishers and smartphone users in India.

Venkateswara also founded and led IBOUGHTX Software Pvt Ltd., where they developed a trust-based reviews and information sharing platform, as well as a Data Science product version for Vizzit LLC in the US.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Informatica as a Development Manager and managed the development of their Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) product suite. Venkateswara also worked at IBM India Software Labs as a Senior Staff Software Engineer, contributing to the development of their Information Server (IS), and at Cambridge Technology Enterprise as a Senior Software Engineer, focusing on product development.

Their first professional experience was at SNAZ India Pvt Ltd., where they worked as a Software Engineer. There, they contributed to the development of an online super market and implemented features like the Universal Shopping Basket (USB) and E-wallet.

Venkateswara Reddy K completed their Executive Education in Product Management Program at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's of Technology degree in Civil Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University, which they attended from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Venkateswara Reddy K has also obtained several certifications, including a Machine Learning Certificate from Stanford University (obtained in April 2016), an edX Verified Certificate for Making Sense of News from edX (obtained in February 2016), and a certificate in Tackling the Challenges of Big Data from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (obtained in November 2014).
