Since October 2016 at Townhouse, Kelsey has sourced talent, negotiated production costs, and balanced multiple projects, collaborating closely with various stakeholders. Prior roles include Associate Integrated Producer for Pantene, where responsibilities encompassed the director search, budget management, and post-production oversight, along with significant contributions at Grey Group and Arnold Worldwide in project management across diverse media. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Art History from the University of Vermont, completed in 2012.
