Sarah Hudelson

Sarah Hudelson, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in recruiting, retention, and employee relations. Currently serving as a Recruiting & Retention Specialist at The Townsend Corporation since August 2019, Sarah previously held HR Generalist positions at Wayzata Home Products and Ryobi Die Casting, Inc., where responsibilities included employee relations, onboarding, and compliance with employment laws. Prior to those roles, Sarah worked as an Independent Insurance Consultant, training staff on best practices, and served as a Retention Agency Supervisor at Nationwide Insurance, where Sarah analyzed sales and retention statistics. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and Business Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Ivy Tech Community College.
