Molly Steele-Schrimp

Molly Steele-Schrimp, MPS, PHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for the Township of Ferguson since January 2024. Previously, Molly held the position of Human Resources Director for the City of Williamsport from June 2021 to January 2024 and served as the Director of Human Resources at Families United Network, Inc. from April 2018 to June 2021. Prior experience includes a tenure at Pennsylvania College of Technology, where Molly was Manager of Employment for over eleven years and held the role of Compensation & Benefits Specialist. Molly's educational background includes a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources and Employee Relations from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Technology Management from Pennsylvania College of Technology. Expertise encompasses areas such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, compliance investigations, and salary management.
