Tim Jeronimus, P.Eng. has had extensive work experience in the engineering and construction industry. Tim started their career in 2003 as a Project Manager at Peak Engineering & Construction, where they worked until 2008. During this time, they gained valuable experience in managing projects. In 2008, Tim joined Total Building Consult as a Residential Thermal Performance Assessor, where they stayed until 2009. In 2011, they transitioned to the Township of Hamilton, where they currently hold the position of Manager of Development Services / Chief Building Official.

Tim Jeronimus, P.Eng. holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Lakehead University. Tim also has a background in Civil Engineering Technology/Technician from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career, including becoming a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) from Professional Engineers Ontario in June 2020. Tim also holds the certification of Certified Building Code Official (CBCO) from the Ontario Building Officials Association (OBOA), which they acquired in April 2016. Tim is also in the process of becoming a Chief Building Official under the Ontario Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing.
