Jacqueline Lowe

Jacqueline Lowe is an accomplished Project Manager in Park Design Development and Facilities and Corporate Projects at the Township of Langley since November 2022. Prior experience includes serving as the Vancouver Studio Team Lead and Registered Landscape Architect at WSP in Canada from April 2018 to September 2022, where Jacqueline led a team on various projects related to infrastructure, urban design, and affordable housing. Previous roles also include Senior Landscape Architect at ISL Engineering and Land Services Ltd and Landscape Architect at van der Zalm + associates, managing over 40 projects across the Lower Mainland. Early career experience features positions as an intern at Stantec and PBS&J International Inc, where Jacqueline contributed to diverse projects while pursuing a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (Honours) degree from the University of Guelph, completed in 2007.
