Brian Ricci possesses extensive experience in emergency management and fire safety, currently serving as the Deputy Emergency Management Coordinator and Fire Protection Inspector for the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills since 2015. Responsibilities include liaising between Fire Prevention and the Office of Emergency Management, implementing inspection software, and ensuring compliance with fire safety codes. Additionally, Brian serves as Fire Official for the Montville Fire District Fire Prevention Bureau and has a background in public safety telecommunications. With multiple degrees from the University of New Haven, including a Master of Science in Emergency Management and a Master of Public Administration, expertise encompasses fire safety program development and crisis management.
