Carlos J. Carames

Carlos J. Carames is a dedicated public safety professional with extensive experience in school safety and security. Currently serving as a Public Safety Officer for the Township of Weehawken since August 2022, Carlos previously held the position of School Safety Officer with the Secaucus Board of Education from August 2021 to September 2022. Before these roles, Carlos had a successful career at the Hudson County Sheriff's Office, retiring as a Detective after 30 years of service from June 1991 to July 2021. Carlos J. Carames earned a degree from Montclair State University CEHS between 1980 and 1984.
