Prior to this, Heather spent over 11 years at Estech Systems, Inc. in various roles including Customer Success / Account Manager, Administrative Supervisor, and Sales Support Administrator, where responsibilities ranged from managing customer relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to overseeing administrative functions and maintaining customer databases.
