Lonnie Pugh

Lonnie Pugh, M.A., currently serves as the Assistant Track and Field Coach, Recruiting Coordinator, and Director of Operations at Towson University, a position held since November 2021. Pugh has extensive coaching experience, previously working as an Assistant Track and Field Coach at Michigan State University, where duties included practice planning and strength conditioning, and at Adrian College, where Pugh focused on recruiting and athlete development. Pugh has also held roles in diversity and inclusion at Siena Heights University, contributing to cultural programming and student retention efforts, alongside coaching responsibilities. Pugh's academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Leadership with a focus on Higher Education Administration from Siena Heights University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Michigan State University.
