Natasha Zhalkovsky

Natasha Zhalkovsky, MS, MBA, PHR, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of HR Systems & Service at Towson University since June 2017, where responsibilities include leading HRIS, HR Operations, and Customer Service teams through significant HR transformation and reorganization. Previously, Natasha held various roles at the University of Maryland, Baltimore from April 1998 to May 2017, including IT Application Analyst, Enterprise Application Analyst, and HRIS Specialist, focusing on strategic HRIS solutions, system upgrades, and employee training. Natasha holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Philology from Baku State University and certification as a Professional in Human Resources.
