Ingrid Player

Ingrid Player is a Non-Executive Director at Cogstate Ltd (since August 2019) and HealthShare Victoria (since January 2021).

Ingrid is an experienced executive with international commercial and regulatory experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, capital developments, risk and sustainability that spans different markets and industries in Australia and Europe. She has held senior executive roles with Healthscope Ltd, including the former positions of Group Executive – Legal, Governance and Sustainability, and General Counsel and Company Secretary.

Ingrid holds a Bachelor of Economics & Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
