Maria Freitas has garnered extensive experience in account management and customer service across various industries. At Tox'Inn Marketing Promocional since September 2015, Maria has progressed from Promotor de eventos to Account Manager, specializing in brand activation. Prior experience includes a role as Product Assistant for IQOS at Philip Morris International from September 2015 to April 2017, and serving as Head Waitress at Dom Pepe Restaurante from September 2011 to September 2015, where responsibilities included customer service and inventory management. Maria holds a Licenciatura in Comunicação from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and a degree in Science of Art and Patrimonium from the University of Lisbon - Fine Art School, where studies focused on Art History, Criticism, and Conservation.
