As executive vice president of strategic development & member services, Kenneth Ebeling is responsible for developing and executing strategies that will create and deliver enhanced value propositions to Toy Association members. He leads engagement with members so that the Association can best meet the needs of each of the diverse constituencies that the organization serves.
Prior to this role, he was senior vice president of membership development for the Direct Marketing Association (DMA), where he worked for more than 20 years. He joined the company in 1984 as a new member account executive. He was steadily promoted and reached SVP level where he was responsible for acquisition, retention, and servicing of members and prospective members through a number of successful initiatives.
Immediately following college, Ebeling was recruited as a linebacker for the Cincinnati Bengals and then pursued a brief career as an educator. Ebeling has an economics degree from Colgate University and an MBA from Fordham University.
