Kristin Morency Goldman has a diverse work experience in the fields of strategic communications, journalism, and public affairs. Kristin is currently serving as the Senior Director of Strategic Communications at The Toy Association, where they are responsible for reviewing, editing, and leading the development of content for the Association's print and online communications. Kristin also manages the development of strategic editorial partnerships and serves as the official spokesperson, tracking and reporting on the latest developments in the toy industry. Prior to this role, Kristin held positions at NYU Office of the Provost, The Century Foundation, New York State Executive Chamber, Chanel, The Suburban, and The Montreal Gazette, where they gained experience in graduate assistance, web and public affairs, press office, communications, and journalism.

Kristin Morency Goldman obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Creative Writing from Concordia University from 2003 to 2006. Kristin then went on to complete a Master of Arts degree in Media, Culture and Communication at New York University from 2008 to 2010. Prior to their university studies, Kristin attended Marianopolis College, where they pursued Liberal Arts and Sciences. Additionally, they attended Royal West Academy, although the field of study and degree obtained are unknown.
