Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Toyo Tires since December 2010, Carmen previously held positions including HR Manager and Benefits & Payroll Administrator at Toyo Tire North America from August 2005 to December 2010. Additional experience includes a role as HR Manager at Morse Automotive and as a Benefits Administrator at Unilever from October 1989 to May 2004. Carmen is adept at managing human resources for approximately 300 employees and holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Covenant College, along with an Associate's degree from Georgia Highlands College.
