Kathy Flores has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being as the Director of Human Resources at Toyo Tires since 2017. Prior to this, they worked at C & F Foods, Inc. as the Corporate Director of Human Resources from 2015 to 2017. In this role, they were responsible for the employment function and oversaw all aspects of HR activities. Before that, Kathy served as the VP of Human Resources, North America at Club Assist from 2002 to 2015. In this position, they were in charge of designing and implementing HR plans and strategies for the USA and Canada, as well as providing support services to managers and staff. Kathy also supervised a team of 5 staff members.
Kathy Flores received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Management, HR, and Marketing from Loyola Marymount University between 1998 and 2002.
