Gleb Penkin currently serves as the Assistant Manager in the Production Planning & Management Department at Toyota Boshoku Europe N.V. since September 2022. Prior to this role, Gleb worked as a Project Manager at State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" from January 2021 to September 2022, focusing on project boundaries definition, team development, and manufacturing system effectiveness analysis. Gleb's experience also includes serving as the Deputy of Quality Assurance Manager at Toyota Boshoku Russia from November 2014 to January 2021, leading a team in plant preparation for new project launches. Earlier, Gleb was a Process Engineer at JTI, where data analysis and process improvement were key responsibilities, and an Audit Associate at Deloitte, involved in business process description and financial risk evaluation. Gleb holds a Master's degree in Mathematics and Mechanics from Saint Petersburg State University, completed in 2013.
