Courtney Clay

Courtney Clay is an experienced Event Services Manager with a robust background in event coordination and management, currently employed by both the Houston Rockets and Toyota Center since October 2021. With prior roles at Walton Arts Center and Walmart AMP as an Artist Services Assistant and Event Intern, Courtney assisted in the execution of multiple events while implementing effective planning protocols. Earlier experience includes serving as a College Ambassador at BeatGig, where responsibilities involved booking musicians and providing user feedback. Courtney also held leadership roles within Phi Mu Fraternity, including Social Chairman and Spring Recruitment Director, managing significant budgets for various events. Additional experience includes internships focused on event coordination and social media marketing, supported by a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Arkansas.
