Damian Makarow

Damian Makarow has over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Deputy Head of the Field Operation Department at Toyota Central Europe – Polska since September 2002. Key responsibilities include network development in sales and aftersales, consulting dealers on business management, and overseeing the achievement of sales and customer satisfaction targets. Prior to this role, Makarow worked as Sales Manager at PH Auto Mojsiuk, a Mercedes-Benz Authorized Dealer, focusing on vehicle sales and financial products. Earlier experience includes a position at Evris Automotive as a deliverer of auto parts. Makarow holds a Master of Economic Science degree with a major in Economy and European Integration from the University of Gdansk.
