Ian Evans

Ian Evans is an experienced engineer with a diverse background in cloud technologies and data center management. At Toyota Connected North America since September 2018, Ian has served as Managing Engineer and previously as Senior Engineer. Ian co-founded Prescriptive Data Solutions, where engagement with channel partners and development of go-to-market strategies for cloud solutions took place. Prior roles include Data Center Practice Manager at Lumenate LLC, overseeing data center technologies and staff development, and serving as Cloud Infrastructure Architect and Sr. UNIX Administrator at XO Communications, where significant cloud products were designed and implemented. Ian's early career involved UNIX administration for EDS contracted to Texas Instruments. Ian holds education credentials from The University of Texas at Arlington.
