Jennifer Brown

Jennifer Brown is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer and Executive Director at Toyota Connected North America since June 2016, Jennifer has held multiple positions within the company, including Chief People Officer and Senior Human Resources Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Citi as Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Generalist, and at Toyota North America as Human Resources Administrator and Specialist. Jennifer began their career at Yamada North America, Inc. as a Human Resources Coordinator and briefly at Honda of America Mfg., Inc. in a human resources role. Academically, Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Indiana University Bloomington and has additional education from Wright State University.
