Janine Kulina

Janine Kulina is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and project management within the automotive industry. Currently serving as Project Steering Retailer Systems & Transformation and HR Development and Compensation & Benefits Manager at Toyota Deutschland GmbH since April 2015, Janine has held several key roles since joining Toyota Motor Europe in September 2006, including Senior Specialist in Compensation & Benefits and International Mobility, as well as Specialist in Organisation Development and Graduate Recruitment. Janine holds a Masters degree in Psychology from the University of Münster and a Vordiplom in Psychology from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, complemented by an Abitur from Werther (Westf.).
