Chad Hicks

Chad Hicks is an accomplished risk management professional with extensive experience in enterprise risk and governance. Currently serving as Group Manager and Head of Enterprise Risk & Governance at Toyota Financial Services Corporation since June 2022, Chad leads the development and execution of the Enterprise Risk Management framework. Prior to this role, Chad held various positions at Toyota USA, including Risk Process & Compliance Management and National Manager for Enterprise Risk and Governance. Chad's earlier experience includes leadership roles in operational risk management at Santander Consumer USA Inc. and Penson Worldwide Inc., as well as a position in risk management at KPMG, LLP. Chad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington.
