Currently serving as Group Manager and Head of Data Science and MLOps at Toyota Financial Services Corporation, Garrett has driven significant advancements in talent assessment, capability development, and team growth. Previously, Garrett held senior positions at Bank of America, where the establishment of an experimental design program transformed the Consumer Bank's culture, and Capital One, where leadership in statistical analysis contributed to automating risk models for substantial originations.
