John Lavanne

John LaVanne has a diverse background in data science and engineering, with experience in leading teams, developing predictive models, and optimizing operations. At Toyota Financial Services Corporation, John deploys machine learning projects to increase auto resale values and manage residual value risks. Prior to this, at Allstate, John reduced arrival times, generated cost savings, and optimized provider networks using data science solutions. With a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, John has also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and held roles in materials process engineering and supply chain analysis at Whirlpool Corporation.
