Ian Collins

Ian Collins is an experienced professional in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Sales Performance Manager at Toyota (GB) plc since March 2008, where responsibilities include performance management of the retailer network and enhancing customer satisfaction across all sales channels. Prior roles at Toyota include Aftersales Performance Manager and Field Service Manager, focusing on technical assistance and customer satisfaction.
