Tania Gaskell Sode

Tania Gaskell Sode currently serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion as well as the Director of Human Resources at Toyota Industries Commercial Finance since April 2016. Prior to this role, Tania held various HR positions at Toyota North America from January 2008 to April 2016, including National Human Resources Manager and International HR Manager. Tania's experience also encompasses a tenure at Yahoo! Inc. from June 2000 to February 2007 as an International HR Manager and a role as Staffing Coordinator at Legato Systems in 1999-2000. Tania holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of San Francisco and received training from the Coaches Training Institute in 2018.
