Holly Brotzman

Holly Brotzman is a seasoned professional in training and supply chain management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Training at Toyota Material Handling since July 2019. In this role, Holly leads training initiatives for the dealer network, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external customers to establish programs that support employee development. Prior to this position, Holly held managerial roles in supply chain and procurement at Toyota Industrial Equipment Mfg., Inc. and Faurecia, where responsibility included managing teams, driving productivity, and overseeing significant spend. Holly began the career in purchasing as a specialist and planner, demonstrating a strong foundation in supplier management and compliance.
