Jack Ballman

Jack Ballman is a Design Engineer II in the Value Innovation group at Toyota Material Handling since January 2020, specializing in the design of 3D models and drawings of forklift parts using CATIA, creating BOMs, conducting cost reduction studies, and enhancing office productivity with Microsoft Excel. Previous roles include Design Engineer II and I, along with a Contract Design Engineer position in the Custom Engineering group at Toyota, and Mechanical Engineering Co-Op at Honda R&D Americas, LLC. An early career as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Johnson Welded Products, Inc. involved designing components, improving production efficiency, and utilizing programming to streamline operations. Jack Ballman holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Wright State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Engineering Management at the University of Southern Indiana.
