Michael Baker

Michael Baker has extensive experience in production engineering, currently serving as Senior Manager of Production Engineering at Toyota Material Handling since May 2013. Michael's responsibilities include preparing new manufacturing processes and improving safety and quality while minimizing downtime and environmental impact. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at Impact Forge Group, including Process Engineer, where responsibilities involved designing forging and trim tooling and completing product quotations. At Net Forge, career progression included roles as Design/Process Engineer, Production Supervisor, and Design Draftsman. Michael holds a Graduate Certificate in Business Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University, and an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University.
