Xavier Ducamp

Xavier Ducamp is an experienced professional in after-sales management and operational leadership with a robust background in the engineering sector. Currently serving as the After Sales Director at Toyota Material Handling France since September 2021, Xavier oversees a profit center generating 105M€ and manages a team of 570 people. Prior to this role, Xavier held several managerial positions at TK Elevator, contributing to significant turnover in maintenance contracts and modernization projects. Experience also includes project management roles at Schindler Group, where responsibilities included change management and operational oversight, as well as sales engineering roles at B2i.
