Francesca Cioni

Francesca Cioni is a Production Planning Specialist at Toyota Motor Europe, specializing in vehicle planning for TMMT and optimizing production processes for the Corolla and C-HR models. With previous experience as a Production Planning Graduate, Francesca focused on units planning for TMMP-J, TMMP-W, and TMUK-D, facilitating collaboration across departments to align production plans with market demand. As a Manufacturing - Strategy & Business Planning Intern, Francesca contributed to plant evaluations and data analysis for BEV trends. Prior to Toyota, Francesca worked as a Sustainability Consultant at Schneider Electric, developing a framework for supplier evaluation in support of carbon neutrality goals. Francesca holds a Master of Science in Innovation, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship from Grenoble Ecole de Management and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management from Università di Siena.
