As the Founder of California Dream, Thibaut De Decker specializes in providing classic cars on demand, assisting customers in finding their ideal vehicles tailored to their preferences and budgets. Previous experience includes roles as Parts Product Manager and Product Manager for Accessories at D'Ieteren Auto, Sales Planning Specialist at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, and a marketing internship at RSR Nürburg. Thibaut De Decker holds a Master’s Degree in Global Management from Antwerp Management School and a Master’s Degree in Automotive Engineering from the University of Antwerp.
