Alan Weir

Alan Weir is an experienced professional in production operations within the automotive industry, currently serving as Deputy Managing Director - Production Operations at Toyota Motor Manufacturing UK since July 2017. Previous roles include Director of Production Operations and Quality Assurance General Manager at the same company. Prior to that, Alan held the position of Production Control General Manager at Toyota Motor Europe and served in various managerial roles at Toyota Motor Manufacturing UK from 2001 to 2015. Earlier experience includes working as a Lean Manufacturing Advisor at Ford Motor Company and as Production Foreman at Vauxhall Motors Ltd.
