Carla Isabel Cabingan

Carla Isabel Cabingan is an experienced professional in Information Technology with a focus on project management and system development. Since July 2018, Carla has served as the Assistant Vice President of Information Technology at Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation, overseeing the Application Management Section Cluster. Prior roles at Toyota include Section Manager and IT Supervisor, managing service delivery and quality management, respectively. Previously, Carla worked as an Assistant Manager at Toyota Daihatsu Engineering & Manufacturing, where responsibilities included Oracle EBS R12 implementation. With a solid foundation in computer science from De La Salle University, Carla has developed a diverse skill set across various IT disciplines throughout a career that began in 2004 with a role at PLDT.
