Carolyn Liotta

Carolyn Liotta is an experienced professional with a strong background in recruitment, retention, and organizational culture. Currently serving as the Director of Hiring and Retention at Toyota of Boerne since March 2012, Carolyn also holds the position of Customer Advocate. In addition, Carolyn is the Director of People and Culture at Vaughan Automotive, where responsibilities include senior strategic leadership and overseeing adherence to manufacturer policies and brand standards. Previously, Carolyn served as the Director of Development at VBM AUTOS from March 2012 to December 2018.
