Key responsibilities have involved creating test plans, managing defects, conducting integration testing, and working in Agile environments. Earlier roles included extensive database testing and collaboration with business analysts to clarify requirements. Sowmya holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, completed in 2006.
