Banu Kefeli

Banu Kefeli has over two decades of experience in the automotive industry, with a career at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Turkey beginning in January 2001. Currently serving as an A. Manager in Human Resource Development, Banu focuses on office and operation members' development, training resources planning, and problem-solving. Previous roles at Toyota include Senior Engineer in Operation Management Development and Engineer in Project Management. Before joining Toyota, Banu worked at Assan Hanil as a Planning Engineer, specializing in production planning and stock management. Banu holds an MBA in Management & Organization from Kocaeli University and a degree from Marmara University.
