Candice Hogan

Candice Hogan, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Candice is currently the Director of Carbon Neutrality and Human-Centered AI at the Toyota Research Institute. Prior to this, they worked as a Data Science Manager for Experimentation and Inference at Stitch Fix from 2020 to 2021. Before that, they held the position of Data Science Manager II for Applied Behavioral Science and also worked as a Data Scientist at Uber from 2015 to 2020.

Candice Hogan's earlier experience includes roles as a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow at Stanford University, where they conducted lab-based experiments, applied statistical methods, and published their findings. Candice also served as a Teaching Fellow and Lab Manager/Research Coordinator during their time at Stanford. Additionally, they worked as a Project Manager at the University of Amsterdam.

Candice Hogan, Ph.D. earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2002 to 2006. Candice later obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Psychology from Stanford University, where they studied from 2009 to 2015.
