Rodney Pillay

Rodney Pillay serves as the Parts Procurement Manager at Toyota South Africa since February 2003, specializing in Just In Time parts management, supplier order management, and inventory control. With a strong focus on process improvement and lean inventory management, Rodney also engages in project management and top management reporting. As a Millennial Exco Board Member, Rodney contributes creative solutions to enhance productivity and cost efficiency within the organization. Previous roles include Global Systems Specialist and Senior Expeditor, where responsibilities involved training, supplier risk management, and supply continuity. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and multiple diplomas in Business and Production Management, alongside participation in various management development programs at Stellenbosch Business School.
