Yury Makarychev

Yury Makarychev is a distinguished academic with a robust background in computer science and mathematics. Currently serving as a Professor at both the Toyota Technological Institute at Chicago (TTIC) and The University of Chicago since 2009, Yury has contributed significantly to the field. Previous experience includes a role as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Microsoft from 2007 to 2009 and as a Software Developer at Siebel Systems from 2002 to 2003. Yury earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science from Princeton University in 2007 and a Master of Science (MSc) in Mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2001.
