Misty Zemla

Misty Zemla currently serves as the General Manager of North America HR Programs, Planning & Systems at Toyota Tsusho America, a role held since November 2024, where leadership is provided to support strategic growth through HR initiatives. Previously, Misty held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Cummins Inc. from October 2021 to November 2024, and worked as a Human Resources Manager and Senior HR Generalist at Meritor between August 2013 and October 2021. Misty earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from Indiana Wesleyan University, completing the coursework in January 2019. Additionally, Misty is an ABC Certified Executive Coach.
