Ethan Sohn

Ethan Sohn currently serves in the Climate Fund at Toyota Ventures, a position held since February 2022. Prior to this role, Ethan was an Investment Banking Associate and Vice President at TD Securities from November 2018 to January 2022, where responsibilities included executing mergers and acquisitions as well as capital raise processes within the Global Energy, Power & Utilities Investment Banking Group. Ethan's experience also includes serving as a Senior Analyst and Assistant Vice President at Siemens Financial Services from December 2016 to October 2018, focusing on project finance investments in power and renewable assets. Earlier in career, Ethan worked as a Power Markets Consultant at Pace Global, advising utilities on resource planning and conducting buy-side due diligence for investors from November 2014 to November 2016. Ethan's initial professional experience was as a Sergeant and Squad Leader in the United Nations Command from June 2010 to March 2012, where duties involved serving as an army interpreter in the Demilitarized Zone. Ethan holds a Bachelor of Science in International Political Economy from Georgetown University, earned between 2008 and 2014.
