David Rosier

David Rosier is president of Toyota Motor Manufacturing, West Virginia, Inc. (TMMWV) located in Buffalo, West Virginia. Rosier is responsible for all manufacturing and administrative functions at the plant. TMMWV manufacturers 4-cylinder engines for the Corolla and the Rav4 and 6-cyclinder engines for the Lexus RX and the Highlander. In addition, the plant manufactures 6-speed automatic transmissions for Camry, Rav4, Highlander, the Lexus ES and hybrid transmissions for the Highlander and the Sienna

Prior to this assignment, Rosier served as Head of Powertrain at Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Kentucky, Inc. (TMMK) where he led safety, manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, quality, production control and internal logistics.

With more than 19 years of experience at Toyota, Rosier has held several leadership positions including administration, quality, production control, logistics, manufacturing, accounting and finance, and HR.

Rosier received his undergraduate degree in Economics/Finance and Business Administration at Findlay College in Findlay, Ohio, and a M.S. in Strategic Leadership from the University of Charleston, in Charleston, West Virginia.

Rosier currently serves as a board member for the Education Alliance and The West Virginia State University Board of Visitors. He lives in Gallipolis, Ohio and is a native of Akron, Ohio. He and his wife Janice have two children and one granddaughter.
