Terry Lee

Terry Lee has extensive experience in quality assurance and vehicle performance operations, currently serving as the Manager of Quality Assurance at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Texas since April 2010. In conjunction with this role, Terry also manages Vehicle Performance Operations at Toyota Motor Corporation, focusing on audits, vehicle testing, and compliance with goals related to safety, quality, productivity, costs, and human resource development. Prior to joining Toyota, Terry worked at New United Motor Manufacturing, Inc. from 1989 to April 2010, holding roles such as Assistant Manager of Quality Control Engineering and New Model Project Leader, where responsibilities included managing quality groups and leading new model launches. Earlier experience includes a position at JDSU as a Member of the Technical Staff, where Terry contributed to improving manufacturing processes. Terry holds an MBA in Technology from the University of Phoenix and a B.S. in Engineering with a Physics minor from San José State University.
